Once the retention period ends, data is deleted or anonymised.
5. Who we share data with
We only share data with parties that are necessary for our services:

We have entered into data processing agreements with all of these parties. For parties outside the EU, appropriate safeguards are in place (Standard Contractual Clauses).
We never sell personal data to third parties.
6. Security
We take the protection of personal data seriously and have put appropriate measures in place:
- Encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS)
- Encrypted storage of sensitive data
- Strict access control and logging
- Regular backups
- Servers located exclusively in EU data centres
- Periodic security reviews
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the following rights:

We respond to your request within 4 weeks.

Not satisfied with how we handle your data? Please contact us first. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens):
