1. Definitions

Schedulinq: the service provider, established in the Netherlands, offering the Schedulinq platform.

User: any natural or legal person who creates an account and uses the Service.

Service: the Schedulinq platform including all functionality such as scheduling management, route optimisation and online bookings.

2. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all use of the Service and to every agreement between Schedulinq and the User.

3. Account and registration

To use the Service, the User must create an account. The User is responsible for keeping their login details confidential and for all activity that takes place through the account.

4. Use of the Service

The User may use the Service solely for the purpose for which it was designed: managing scheduling, bookings and route optimisation for professional services.

5. Subscription and payment

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Current rates are listed on our website. Payment is made in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All prices are exclusive of VAT.

6. Trial period

New users receive a free 30-day trial period. At the end of the trial period, the subscription converts into a paid subscription unless the User cancels before then.

7. Cancellation

The User can cancel the subscription at any time through their account. After cancellation, the Service remains available until the end of the current billing period.

8. Availability

Schedulinq aims for 99.9% availability. We are not liable for any damage resulting from interruptions due to maintenance, updates or force majeure.

9. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, designs and documentation, belong to Schedulinq. The User obtains a non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use for the duration of the subscription.

10. Liability

Schedulinq’s liability is limited to the amount the User paid in the 12 months preceding the event causing the damage. Schedulinq is not liable for indirect or consequential damage.

The route optimisation and geo-optimisation within the Service are based on algorithms and external map data. Schedulinq does not guarantee that calculated routes, travel times or distances are fully accurate and is not liable for damage arising from incorrect or suboptimal route calculations.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
